Open design LED table lamp Lampadina in trendy color design

Designer Achille Castiglioni created Lampadina for the Flos showroom in Turin in 1972, and the design now goes again with trendy color. The table lamp consists of a clear LED bulb, which has a round satin circle that makes up about a third of the lamp. This part ensures that the reflection of light is limited in this area, making it possible to use it as a bedside lamp, for example. In addition, the filament look makes Lampadina look decorative. The base consists of a socket with a toggle switch and a film reel-like base that allows excess cable to be rolled up.

The northern Italian lighting manufacturer Flos revives the design of Achille Castiglioni in chic colors in 70s style. Castiglioni was an Italian industrial designer who created nearly 20 lights for Flos. His creations have won the Compasso d’Oro Italian industrial design award nine times.
