Table lamp KTRIBE K2 by FLOS with elegant lighting effect

KTRIBE S1 is a table lamp designed by Philippe Starck, which can inspire with an extremely modern appearance and sets special standards in terms of design. Classic is the outer shape of the shade and frame, whereby with polycarbonate and PMMA already very modern materials were chosen. Innovative, however, is the use of a second, internal shade. This shade is made of translucent white polycarbonate and has a rounded shape. In one of the two selectable variants, however, you can only see something of this to a limited extent, because the outer shade here is coated with silver-colored aluminum and is only really translucent in the upper part. Thus, the light escapes mainly downward and contributes to an atmospheric mood – of course, not without enhancing the room as a whole with the modern presence of the designer table lamp. In the other variant with an outer shade transparent except for fine lines, which is no less attractive, but arguably even clearer and more reduced in appearance, you can see the inner shade completely, which illuminates the room more evenly.
