Casting T 100 – high quality LED base lamp in dark brown

Due to a double powder coating of the surface, this dark brown LED base lamp Casting T 100 is particularly resistant to weathering. The angular luminaire, reminiscent of T-profiles, was made of extruded and die-cast aluminum, and the surface was first sandblasted to achieve better adhesion of the coating. The first epoxy powder coating provides resistance to mechanical and chemical influences, the second layer is made of polyester and protects the surface and thus the dark brown color from UV rays and from the effects of weather.

With IP65 protection, the luminaire is protected against dust and water jets, which is ensured, among other things, by the textured glass diffuser bonded to the luminaire’s heat sink. The texturing of the diffuser made of glass allows the light to radiate evenly and homogeneously.
